Native Laminin-1 is composed of an ∝1 chain and two smaller chains (ß1 and γ1). Immunofluorescence studies have revealed transient and constitutive expression of these chains, and secretion into the epithelial basement membrane. Trevigen's polyclonal mouse laminin-1 antibody can be used in the localization of laminin-1 in tissues by immunofluorescence.
