Components are stored in liquid nitrogen and at -20°C and at 4°C. For the RMSC, immediately thaw for use or for long term storage place in vapor phase of liquid nitrogen. For the qualified RMSC FBS, aliquot to avoid repeated freeze/thaws. FBS should be thawed at 4ºC overnight prior to first use. |
