Trevigen's TACS® Apoptotic DNA Laddering Kit is used to detect and estimate the level of internucleosomal DNA fragmentation that occurs during apoptosis. The detection of DNA laddering supports other experimental data, derived from morphological identification methods, to indicate that apoptosis has occurred. Each kit contains all reagents necessary to isolate, label and detect fragmented DNA.
For those researchers investigating apoptosis in tissues,
a Supplemental Tissue Extraction Kit is available. This kit
provides the reagents for pre-processing tissues for DNA extraction.
