5X Orange G Loading Buffer

Trevigen’s 5X Orange G Loading Buffer is an ideal sample loading buffer for PCR assays and DNA electrophoresis on agarose gels. The high density of the loading buffer ensures that the DNA samples load easily and remain at the bottom of the preformed wells of agarose gels. The orange colored dye front migrates at the 10 - 20 base pair range and does not interfere with the migration of DNA fragments. Thus, any obscuring of smaller fragments is prevented. Additionally, 5X Orange G Loading Buffer does not interfere with viewing DNA fragments under ultraviolet light in ethidium bromide stained gels.
Trevigen’s Orange G Loading Buffer is provided at a 5X concentration and does not require refrigeration. It is also recommended for use with TreviGel™ 500 and TreviGel™ 5000 and for analysis of small DNA products of PCR assays.
